Charles followed his mother into real estate, joining forces with her in 1990 to form the partnership Sezlik.com. While it’s his easygoing demeanour and warmth that leave every buyer and seller feeling one-of-a-kind, it’s been years of hard work, innovative marketing strategies, clear values and a strong business ethic that have navigated him and Sezlik.com into one of Canada's top real estate teams. Today, commonly referred to as Charlie, he is truly in his element in luxury and exceptional transactions, where his expertise, professionalism, wealth of knowledge and keen negotiation skills are challenged.
As a father and husband, Charlie’s family and community are paramount. Charlie is extremely grateful for the success he's achieved and is a firm believer in giving back to the community that has provided him with so much. As an alumni and parent, Charlie remains considerably involved with Ashbury College, one of the country's top private schools. He also continues to be involved with the Rockcliffe Hosers, and enjoyed many years of coaching his son’s hockey and soccer teams.
When Charlie is away from the office, he enjoys spending his free time on the BBQ and playing golf and hockey with family and friends.

Dominique’s foray into real estate began when she joined Sezlik.com in 1994, where she promptly established herself as the team’s multilingual client specialist. Close to three decades later, Dominique continues to be passionate about real estate and client relationships. With her warm and professional approach, Dominique instantly puts buyers and sellers at ease. She thoroughly enjoys working closely with buyers and educating them throughout the process to ensure they find the right home. Dominique’s strong communication skills help sellers easily and efficiently navigate the process of selling their home. Dominique puts care and consideration into every client interaction and works tirelessly to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Dominique’s commitment to the city she was born and raised in, and to client-centred service remains, as does her deep-rooted sense of place. As such, Dominique is a supporter of well-loved local organizations like the Linden House Theatre Company and events like the Rockcliffe Bookfair and Something New Edinburgh. She also has been a sponsor to events close to her heart, such as CHEO’s Trees of Hope and Teddy Bear Picnic for nearly a decade.
As a wife and mother to two sons, Dominique holds family and community in high regard and recognizes that many home buyers and sellers do too.

A graduate of St. Francis Xavier’s Gerald Schwartz School of Business, Trystan began working for Sezlik.com in 2005. Mentored by Cindy Sezlik, the real estate industry beckoned in 2006, and Trystan made the best career move of his life. Trystan has enjoyed nearly 15 years of successfully working with both buyers and sellers. With his friendly, calm demeanour and acute attention to detail, Trystan skillfully assists clients navigate the real estate market without added stress. Trystan is passionate about uniting buyers and fabulous homes around the city and patiently guiding sellers throughout the entire process from listing to closing.
Born and raised in Ottawa, Trystan brings his wealth of knowledge of his hometown into every deal. His expertise and deep understanding of Ottawa’s real estate market is what makes working with him so unique. Clients know they can trust Trystan’s guidance thanks to his education, work experience and strong ties to the community.
As a proud alumnus of St. Francis Xavier, Trystan continues to donate to his alma mater. Trystan remains active in his community by volunteering for organizations such as The Snowsuit Fund and sponsoring Dress For Success Ottawa, a charity that is close to his family’s heart.
He continues to live in Ottawa’s prominent Rockcliffe Park neighborhood with his wife and two young sons.
Sara has found her calling in Real Estate. She first joined Sezlik.com in 2008 as the Marketing Manager and Listing Coordinator and then completed her Real Estate License in 2010. Sara’s interest in real estate is born out of her many personal and professional connections in the city of Ottawa. Sara is a natural networker, which makes her a great resource having extensive knowledge of Ottawa schools, businesses and services. As an Ottawa native she has lived in many of the city's key neighbourhoods including the Glebe, Sandy Hill and Old Ottawa South. She also has strong ties to the Arts and Academic communities of Ottawa through her family.
Sara’s approach is knowledge based and she strives to establish an honest and highly personalized connection with her buyers and sellers. Sara is highly skilled at reading her clients’ cues and knowing when to provide them with the information and tools to make an educated decision.
Sara and her husband, Bruce, have a shared interest in homes. Sara continues to expand her knowledge base thanks to Bruce’s construction company and expertise in all aspects of home renovations and home system. Bruce and Sara have a blended family of five children spanning from primary school to university graduate. It is always exciting and busy!
